Adaptis Mobile provides flexible mail in device repair services. We coordinate a shipping label for you to send your device to an Edmonton repair facility. The device is then fixed and returned to you within 3-5 business days (pending part availability).
No more traveling to repair stores or calling vendors to schedule appointments. Device repairs are simple with Adaptis repair services and offers a single point of contact for all types of account requests. All mobile device repairs are also billed to your Adaptis invoice to avoid multiple billing accounts.
Repair service available to all clients in Canada and exclusive to Adaptis Mobile clients only. We do not offer consumer device repairs at this time and a business to business service only.
Repair process:
Adaptis uses only certified technicians to provide the replacement of either OEM parts or optional aftermarket parts. Each repair includes a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor against defect.
