Contact the Adaptis Help Desk with the make, model, device IMEI, and a description of the repairs required.

Adaptis provides a repair estimate so the request can be reviewed and approved before the work begins.

Ship the device

Once approved, Adaptis processes the request and provides a Purolator shipping label to send the device to a repair centre.

Repair and return

Your device is repaired and returned within 3-5 business days in most cases, with notification if delays occur.
